Who we are
istoflow.com is operated by Istoflow LLC ("Istoflow", "we", "us"), 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA. Istoflow LLC is the data controller for the personal details collected through this website. You can contact us about this notice or your details at hello@istoflow.com.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not ask for any special-category information.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a walkthrough or early access to Istoflow. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or add them to marketing lists.
Who handles it for us
The website is hosted by Vercel, and enquiry emails are delivered by Resend, to our own mailbox. These providers process the details only to provide those services to us. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@istoflow.com. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
